Typically, your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days after you place it. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order has been sent, which will include the carrier and tracking details for your package.

We try to use the fastest, cleanest and sexiest couriers out there. Unfortunate for all of us, they won’t bring your Pockies for free. We try to keep shipping fees as low as possible and here is how it works.

NETHERLANDS
​On orders over €50,-, you don’t have to worry because we will pay for shipping. But if you are not ready to order that many Pockies, we will ask you to pay €3.95 with Budbee or €4.95 with DHL or PostNL, which help us cover some of the shipping fees. 

If you order before 11:30 PM (23:30), your Pockies will arrive on the next day. There are no deliveries on Sunday's btw.

BELGIUM
​For our Belgian friends, the same shipment costs apply (free shipping on all orders over €50,- and otherwise €3.95 with Budbee or €4.95 with PostNL or DHL). 

If you order before 9:30 PM (21:30), your Pockies will arrive on the next day. There are no deliveries on Sunday's.

GERMANY
​We see you Germany! That's why we apply free shipping on all orders over €50,-. We don't discriminate so standard shipping will cost you €3.95. Delivery will take 1-2 days (no deliveries on Sunday's).

DENMARK
Free shipping on orders over DKK 750. Below that, standard shipping costs DKK 49.
Delivery takes 1 to 3 business days.

NORWAY
Free shipping on orders over NOK 1,000. Below that, standard shipping costs NOK 99. Delivery takes 2 to 5 business days.

Free shipping on orders over SEK 1,000. Below that, standard shipping costs SEK 99.

REST OF WORLD
Sydney, the Maldives or Rio de Janeiro? We’ve got you covered. Because our couriers have to go the distance, shipping costs $24.95 on orders under $250. Spend more than $250 and we’ll take care of the shipping fees. You’ll see the exact amount in your local currency at checkout.

We currently don’t ship to Afghanistan, Algeria, Burkina Faso, Chad, Côte d’Ivoire, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, the Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia, Guernsey, Iran, Iraq, the Isle of Man, Jersey, Libya, Mali, Mauritania, Mozambique, Niger, North Korea, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, Sudan, Togo, Tunisia, Uganda, Ukraine and Yemen.

CUSTOMS
Customs or import duties may be applied once a shipment reaches its destination country. While Pockies handles shipping, any potential extra costs are not covered by us.

Pockies does not control these fees and cannot provide detailed information about potential extra costs. We recommend contacting your local customs office for updated information on charges to avoid unexpected expenses.

Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be paid by Pockies.

BREXIT
Due to Brexit, additional taxes may apply when goods arrive in the United Kingdom. As of 1 January 2021, VAT and customs regulations differentiate based on the value of goods shipped to the UK, with a threshold set at £135.

For goods valued at or below £135: these are subject to UK VAT, with no additional charges at the point of delivery.
For goods valued above £135: these are subject to UK VAT, with an additional customs import fee of approximately 20%.
